am 23ys am 180ibm my goalis to become 132 ibm
i start running but i run for 15 min then i feel like dying so walk for 5 min then run for 8 min etc till the 30min is over so does this help loosing weight or iam wasting my time?
i also on a diet but i get really hungry at night so what should i do and if i wanna to eat something what should i have? realizing where i live i don't have many option of food
i also want to know the average of loosing weight per week?
