please i have couple of questions that musstt be answereeedd
1. since i have both creatine and protein.. is it ok to MIX both of them... or if not.. how should i take them if i go to the gym in the morning.. take it seperatly before or after...creatine before or protein before?
2. when mixing with creatine or protein.. would it be better to mix with milk or water...for creatine i really dun like the taste of grape juice... and for milk i heard from ppl that calories would block the effectivness.. u guys think wat would be the best alternative??

1. It is ok to mix both creatine and the protein shake.
2.It depends on the time of day you are mixing the protein and creatine. Directly after workouts you should mix the creatine and protein with water and not milk. milk slows down the process of getting the protein into you, and using water will get the protein to your muscles quick. Also a good alternative for the grape juice would be gatorade or yuo favorite sports drink. Or maybe orange juice. Yes the protein calories in milk will block the effectiveness. it'll take longer for the protein to get into your muscles due to the casien protein in milk. Casien protein takes longer then whey protein to get to your muscles. you should take the whey protein (if that's what your taking) with milk right when you wake up, and right before you go to bed. Remember to count calories.
