well try and set up a ft program. They will take into account your body type days trained and what you want to achieve. Good luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

why are you not doing any legs??I have said this so many times, your legs are muscles too and they need work too, if you want over all size and strength gains you need to work your whole upper body, theres no excuse to not work your legs unless you are are paralized from the waist down

chest/ back
shoulders/ biceps
legs/ triceps

Well you should really train your legs a bit more. If you don't have a chance to go to a gym then practise a sport which involves a lot of sprinting. Ex (football,soccer,basketball)etc......
