Okay, I know it said pancakes in them, but I've always been the experimental kind, and I had to give it a try once I cooked them. I love them sandysford, you're great :love:
I omitted the cottage cheese though and since the two servings of that recipe were more than enough to fill me up , I cooked them on a nonstick frying pan, cut em into sandwich sizes and I used them instead of whole wheat bread. I threw in half a chicken breast cooked in chili powder and basil, some lettuce and fat-free dressing. And it was great. I make that for lunch. just wanted to share it :)

I love mixing peanut butter & sugar-free syrup together - seems to keep the peanut butter from sticking to the top of my mouth

I think it was probably some dude that stepped on a bunch of peanuts. Accidents seem to have discovered a lot of cool stuff we use every day.
