Hello. I have been training pretty hard now for 9 weeks and have been including a pretty intense ab workout but it does not seem to be shrinking as fast as I had hoped. Propably my diet but any suggestions would be good

Welcome to FT.
When you say "shrinking" I assume you are talking about loosing fatty tissue. You cannot spot reduce, but after shedding fatt from elsewhere, that fat will eventually disappear.
Keep up the training (you don't say what type) and don't forget....Diet is very important if you want to see abs.
Hope this helps, good luck.

Diet speaks volumes for abs. Without proper diet, all the ab work in the world will not get your abs showing. May as well get an "ab belt", go to bed with it on and dream, you will get abs just as soon without the correct diet. that is what all the media hype capitalizing on peoples desire to have a "six pack" fail to tell you. Yes, your diet plays a big part. Also add some cardio into your workout. Abs are very hard to see results.

Hello,
I'm in the same boat that fallonj is in it.
Where can we learn more about the proper diet for showing the six-packs?
My body fat is low, I would think lower then mass average, and I work my abs in vane two times a week.
Thank you for sharing your expertise.

perfection takes time, the abs seem to be the last place everyone complains about seeing. I agree with what everyone is telling you, your diet will play a hugh part in your abs showing.
