I have been doing 100 crunches and about 35 leg lifts every night.. and well that may sound like a lil.. i can see a diffrece and its been about 2 months... just wanted to say.. that any lil bit helps!...

Every night!?!?!?!? I don't think that would be a good idea!! You should rest the abs like any other muscle to see great results. You should do abs on only 2-3 days, not on 7!!!! I am sure that if you try resting your abs you will see much better results than the ones you have been seeing!!! good luck

Marisa, that is great! I've been working hard on reducing my middle and actually seeing my ab muscles. It's working, but I've found that I have to be patient. Seeing posts like yours keep me motivated and remind me that it is possible as long as I keep working! Keep it up!
