Hi Becca and welcome to Freetrainers. Three key ingredients to obtaining the physique that you wish. Nutrition, strength training and cardio. Without all three, you will not see those results. Fill out your profile so we can get to know you a little more, have your man join too, it is a wonderful thing that you two are working out together.
After check out the "Exercise Program's" at the top of this page, there are several different ones to choose from to obtain your goals. Also check out the Diet & Nutrition forum for good, clean foods to eat.
