I just joined this site in hopes of toning my whole body, especially my abs. The workout schedule that I received has targeted every other part of my body, but not my abs. Am I missing something here?
Getting your six pack is more about reducing body fat that doing a zillion crunches(a hard lesson I learned believe me). There is a 12 week ab program on this site, but if your lifting for bulk or size, you'll probably only feel the results and not see them.
