Abs suck. They take to much time and hurt. I do them and hate every single one of them.

I love doing abs. This is my favorite body part - I usually end every workout with at least 10 minutes of solid ab work, sometimes more. Form is critical. I use ankle weights for leg lifts and reverse crunches. Well developed abs are one of the hallmarks of a fit body. I am always looking for new ways to hit this muscle group. I also use ab videos to work out with at home sometimes. They can be fun and add some variety to your program.
