okay guys i need your help. i am very health concious, and i exercise almost everyday. before i did tons of cardio, and lost a lot of weight - now im pretty much average, but still have a slight belly. i need some help with the following:
1. regarding body fat - how exactly do you calculate it?
2. regarding abs and diet - what EXACTLY do you need to eat to get rid of the belly?!! i know abs is more based on diet than exercise so i would appreciate some suggestions?! also what exercises are good for the abs? some really really really effective exercises would also be appreciated.
well thats it for now, hope i get some pros to help me out achieving my final goal.
regards,

Welcome moe. You need to eat clean non white carbs. Things like legumes peas, brown rice, sweet potatoes, green veges and lean meats and fish. It takes a bit of research on your part but the essentials are here. Take a little time and read in the nutritional msg board . The info is there. A fit buddy search will yield an awful lot.
Do the same on abs. The exercises here have been working for me. I've found here that holding a weight on your chest can add resistance to crunches. The more advanced folks hold a barbell between their feet for lower ab exercises. I use ankle weights. It has also been suggested to do abs with resistance 1 day and without 1 day.
