Hi guys,
I am 5'10 weighing 176 lbs.I have been training for the past 2 years. In all these years I have put on a good amount of mass with which I am quite satisfied. Now I think I had enough of mass.I am eager 2 get cuts now.I have started doing cardio along with weight training.I am doing a lot of abs also. But as I am concentrating more on my abs I wonder whether my other bodyparts will suffer or not. Will taking a mass building supps solve the probs of retaining the body mass I have ?? I really want some ripped abs.I can feel the packs on my stomache but they r somewhat embeded within the fatty layer.Plssss advice ........

If you want to loose fat and keep your muscles the most important thing is PATIENCE!!! Don't loose weight too fast.
Secondly watch your diet, eat lots of proteins, get your amino acids, drink a lot of water, cycle your total carb intake and get your rest.

That's some of the good advices. If you do a search you'll find other great informations. Good luck!

This is a real challenge; beleive me.
If you dont have the "will" its not going to happen.
#1 THING YOU CAN DO TO GET THE BEST RESULTS:
(No sugar, or any foods/beverages containing sugar).
#2 30-40 min. of intense cario at least 4 days each week.
#3 dont ever cheat
#4 dont expect results for several weeks

Do this and you will get your results.
