I am on the BFL program and have had fantastic results. My only question is the Ab routine. It only gives you the opportunity to work out Abs on a staggered 2 week schedule. Twice one week and 3 times the next. If I want to target my Abs whats the "magic" number for the days of rest I should take when woking out this muscle group. I was told I could do Abs daily, but I wanted to get a professionals opinion first.

Clandress, everyone is different. Just what you wanted to hear huh? I think the schedule you are doing is close to right. This sight gives me ab days twice a week per my workout days which I input. I generally use resistance on abs once a week and no resistance once a week. I occasionaly throw in a third day. Abs are like any other muscle. They need recovery time.
