I was searching the net and looking for some solid weight training programs to help me bulk up my arms and tone my chest and abs. I stumbled upon this website with a BUNCH of exercise types with videos that show you how to do the right way. Can anyone help me figure ou what to do to tighten and flatten my pecs. I want to tighten the top but don't know how to do that or tighten the bottom .
Also, any ideas for ab workouts that will tigthen my abs and correspond with my cardio?
Finally I have been noticing that I have a bulky lower back and I looked throug the site and haven't found a sure fire way to tighten it. [ive noticed my bad posture and when I straightened I saw that my lower back is kind of thick.
I know it's a lot but can someone help me out a bit. Hey if that doesn't do it for ya today is my 18th birthday and a new start to everything :D so this is what i need to do it
