OK everyone here is a trivia question for many of you who know the answer, cause I am not sure now.
Is it true that the only two muscles you can work everyday is the ABS and the calves without doing any harm to those muscle groups?
Now if it is true can someone explain why? I ask this question because someone at my gym told me this. I was very surprised with this information for I thought you needed to rest all muscle groups in-between.

It is absolutely NOT true. Just like any other muscles they need adequate rest and nutrition. Whom ever told you this needs to brush up on the human anatomy. You are sooo very right with what you thought

Ditto...one fact(more of an opinion) though, is you can work them a little more often, not everyday! This may not be the case for everyone, and you need to give the muscles adequate rest. Bowers is right on.
-------------- OPINIONS ARE LIKE BUTTHOLES, EVERYONES GOT ONE. NOW, SHUT-UP AND GROW!!!
