I need help working out my ABS, my Chest, and my Arms. The only problem...I dont have access to weights or a gym! Are there any EXERCISES I can do at home?
I am going on vacation this summer and I want to look my best. :cool:

You can use the "fitness plan" link near the top of the page.. i just used it today and it'll help.. there's a special workout plan for those without weights or a gym (like me) in which u dont need to leave ur house!:)

i'm 13,and i didn't have any abs..we broke up from school now an i've been trying to get in shape. i have started doing swimming three times a weeks.consisting of 4o laps..and every moring a do 30 sit ups..b4 tea i do 30 .and before my sleep i do 30.. i have been doing this for a week and a half and already my abs are starting to show

oh sorry for double post....u need to eat the right stuff as well DON@T SNACK..just eat your meals and lots of protein and carbs
