For those of you in search of the perfect abs, read this book. It will help. Much of the work required for thoseabs is diet; this regime will have u eating six times a day to increase ur metabolism and then add abs exercises.

For those of you read health mags such as MH you probably have already heard of this.

Well just thought I'd add that as quite a few ppl seem to be in search of their abs.

Good luck

The longer you are on here, the more you will find out that MOST of the people who come on here ask how to get perfect abs, arms, chest, butt, etc., but when they don't get some magic remedy, they just quit.

I think this book shows people that wouldnt otherwise realise, that they needn't starve themselves for a lean body; infact they need to do just the opposite to increase metabolism.

Thats why i felt i would post this book.

Enjoy
