I've been re-reading some of my old health and fitness magazines and I must've missed this tip first time round. I have a problem of tensing my neck when doing abs so I'll try this and see if it works.

When doing ab exercises anchor your tongue by placing it on the roof of your mouth. This stabilises your neck and reduces fatigue.
