Anyone have experience taking this stuff? Does it work? Is it harmful? Work like pro-hormones? I have read up on it, it sounds good but it could just be BS.

Basically a ZMA product, with Acetyl-l-carnitine and NAC thrown in.
Good ingredients, but there are less expensive (with establish reps) out there on the market.

Which products would you suggest? What brands to trust, I know MuscleTech is a reputable source, but they are pricey.

I have looked at some ZMA products, with taking these it says to avoid taking calcium for best results, that is almost impossible, especially with taking protein and drinking milk and taking vitamins. What is the best way of going about this for best results taking both protein and ZMA?

It's not that you are to avoid Calcium completely, just only when you actually take the ZMA; 1-2 hours is usually the accepted norm.

Just tried p-boost after reading some reviews about it. Worked good but pretty pricey. The trial was free but you have to pay for the shipping which was quick. Anyone know any coupon codes for p-boost.com?
