I've been seeing if this helps me, and maybe help me get past some plateaus but as of right now my concentraion is to drop some body fat. I'm just trying to maintain my strength, and loose abotu 10lbs of unwanted fat.

now my question....am i doing this right...

bench45/10 135/10 185/6(reverse grip)
pull downs or hammar high row( no pullup station)3x10
upright rows 3x10
front squats 3x10

5mins of streching
mile run on treadmill
10more mins or so of stretching, and light balance work on a ball, with light abbs.

I would do more total body work, it helps to cut down the volume. when i was cutting weight for states, I dropped my routine to deadlifts and pull ups, plus strength training through practices. My coach recommended overhead squats as a good way to do it.

How often do you intend on doing it. I did a mon-wed-fri total body workout. My workouts were about 20 minutes, but I actually got stronger from the 3 weeks of low volume.

Your two most important minerals: Iron and Chalk.

If you smoke or don’t wear your seatbelt, please don’t tell me the deadlift is dangerous.
