When I originally signed up last week, I failed to enter my Profile - sorry. I was so involved exploring eveything this site has to offer and just plain forgot. But since then, I am glad to say, that I have upgraded to FT Professional, and have got some pics posted.
But I do have a question. I went with the Weight Loss and Definition Plan - to loose bodyfat and tone. I am around 175 lbs, so I really dont want to go much lower. My bodyfat is 20%. Of course I want to lower that. As you can tell from my one pic, I need to loose the flab around the stomach and build my arms and chest. Is this the right plan for me? Should I stay on this plan for the 8 weeks, and after loosing my excess bodyfat, switch to the Increase Lean Muscle Plan? Just curious, I want to do this right. Thanks for any advice.
