Adding additional training

I will be following my training as posted through the daily training split, however, I like to do some cardio training on my days off like swimming or brisk treadmill work. How do I add that to my overall fitness plan online?

To add changes to your workout on this site, you have to upgrade to a professional membership.

You can't add cardio into the pro plan unless you do it in the journal. The lifting is recordable so you can track your gains easily by looking at the charts. There isn't really much need to track cardio because you won't see huge gains there. You pretty much just need to vary what you do cardio-wise and do it 3 or 4 times a week.
