Hi everybody, just a quick question, is it possible (or even advisable) to add more exercises to your FT program? I was used to doing more exercises than the ones marked on my program (i.e. doing 5 chest exercises instead of only 3). I'm trying to go for a 4 day split, 4 sets, 12 reps each and using the exercises mentioned on my fitness plan.

I couldn't see why you can't add in your own exercises.
Keep in mind though, alot of the exercises are using multiple muscles, and don't just target one specifac muscle. Thats what I've noticed on my routines.

It depends on the person. If you think you can handle it, and are seeing better results doing it then not, go ahead. Basically it's just trial and error. The guys from ft that made your program made it the most universal program it can be. There are no set rules in weightlifting because everyone is different.
