My trainer and I sat down to eval my diet, and WOW, what a shock !! I was only taking in 860 cal on a good day....but I was never hungry . ( suppose my body was just too tired, was running 4.5 miles every day)
So I am needing to add 740 cal into my daily diet, believe it or not, it's really hard.....I walk around feeling soo bloated all the time... but I notice the days I do eat more, my body looks better a few days later.... :laugh:
