Is there anyway to input additional excercises I may have done during my workout. ie I do abs everywork out and would like to track my progress.

You got a routine for your abs as well. You just have to choose it. Welcome by the way!

What do you mean by just have to choose it. What I want to do is be able to track all excercises I do, including those over an above the FT plan.
