Hi,

I have started the advanced mass training programme and am in the 3rd week now. The programme is indeed good and I can feel the improvement. But I do not see any workouts mentioned specifically for Abs or forearms or even cardio in the entire 12 weeks. Are we to follow another routine for Abs etc.? I also need to reduce my body fat % as although im not fat, i need to get definition which is blocked by excess fat. Please do advce.
Thanks..

The 12 week program doesn't include any ab workout, there is a special 12 week ab program you can do in addition. The forearms will get plenty of work throughout the 12 week program, but if you want you could throw in some wrist curls. Also no cardio in the 12 week program. If you add that do that seperate from your workout. wouldn't advise it, the 12 week program is pretty solid. The six-pack you mentioned in your profile can only be acheived thru strict diet and working the abs with weight. Very difficult to acheive.
