ive jsut done a hour cardio fighting fit work out and my blood is pumping like hell is this when i do my squats and becn presses or do i rest.

Core you should do your weigth lifting on a separate day from cardio or if you absolutely must do them int eh same day then do light warm up cardio for 5-10 minutes and then proceed to do weight lifting and afterwards you can do your cardio workout....although I would just separate the two or do weight lifting in the morning and cardio training in the evening...
