Hi. I'm 27 years old. I was 77.5 KG 2 & half months ago. Now I am 70.5KG. Cheated 6 times with alcohol, bit of junk food. I train 6 days a week working a different muscle a day. I started 20 min of cardio 7 days ago, burning 250 cal. I do the cardio after I workout. I have been trying to loose my tummy but I can not really see a major visible change, however there is a cm change in that my pants aint tight anymore. I work out my stomach 3 times a week in between some weight training. People say I have gone thin but I do not see much difference around stomach as mentioned previously
My general daily food plan:
07:30 - Take 2 Lipo6x
8:00am - Eat Cereal, take USN whey protein, 1 multivitaman
10:00 - Whey Protein
11:30 - 1 Lipo6x
12:00 - Raw green beans, raw carrots, (2 soya sausges & banana)or chicken
15:00 - Whey Protein
17:00 - Gym
18:00-18:20 - Post workout Whey Protein
19:30 - 2 Soya sauages or chicken
20:00-20:30 - Whey protein
Questions
1.How long will it take to see clear results around my navel area?
2. Will the Cardio I started increase the fat burning around my tummy up to a high enough rate to see results around my navel?
3) Is burning 250 caloaries enough on cardio?
4) Am I missing something in my diet?
Any other constructive critism or advise will be highly appreciated...
Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon..

Way too many shakes. Try and get more whole foods in , and it takes time to loose fat , if you notice that you lost some cm's , then its working. There is no real way to spot reduce , just keep your diet clean and do your cardio . Give it some time and you will achieve your goal.

You may not be getting enough calories. those diet pills and shakes could be the issue. If I were you, I'd only use the shake post workout, or when you absolutely have to. Like revoman says; try to get your calories through the cleanest sources possible. Instead of a shake, have a chicken breast, or can of tuna fish.
If I did my math right, you're around 155 lbs? For weight loss, try taking in around 1700 calories a day with your current routine.
The belly fat will go away eventually. Unfortunately, it's usually the first place to go, and the last to leave.
