Hey all,
I am wondering if I need to go by the nutrition plan that they have assigned to me here to actually make some progress.
Can I just do the exercises and not fill out the nutrition stuff??? And still have the right results??

I would recommend that you fill out the nutritional values for at least a week, that way you have an idea what you are eating and if you are close to what they recommend. It does become a hastle but its nice to know if you are eating right. It is a good giudeline.

That is very true. You will be surprised once you enter in all the food you have eaten in a day. Many people think they are getting enough of everything, but there always seems to be something they are deficiant in. Like Lisa said, just try it for a week and check it out.

True that! The only way your goin to make good progress is following a good nutrition program. The nutrition requirements are already laid out. It won't be that difficult bro. GOOD LUCK!

For this nutrition guide do you just fill in what you eat on a dialy basis and they tell if it is good or not? Or do tey tell you what to eat?

You fill in what you eat. FT only tells you how many calories, protein, carbs, etc you should take in, no specific food plans or anything.
