Im pretty new to FT, but I was wondering how the teens of FT go about their exercise routines and what programs on FT are you doing? So if you feel the urge to, reply and tell me how your journey on FT has been so far and what goals or results you have achieved/gotten. continued success!!! --Chyna

Well i havent actually tried one of the programs yet because I have this old crappy bench and some of the excercises I cant do. I take parts of the FT programs and revise them into my routine.
I am getting a new big Olympic bench sometime this month and I'm going to start a gaining mass routine. Even though I cant do all the lifting I want I have gained 30 pounds of weight in 1 year and managed to keep the same size waist.
