Well i havent actually tried one of the programs yet because I have this old crappy bench and some of the excercises I cant do. I take parts of the FT programs and revise them into my routine. I am getting a new big Olympic bench sometime this month and I'm going to start a gaining mass routine. Even though I cant do all the lifting I want I have gained 30 pounds of weight in 1 year and managed to keep the same size waist.
