I AM LOKING FOR A WAY TO WORK OUT MY PECKS BUT I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE ALL MY CHEST LIKE MY FRIENDS ARE. HELP FROM ANYONE WILL BE APPRECIATED.

GOFER, are you male or female? like sailor said, fill out your profile and you will get more help, knowing your gender can sometimes be a factor in what you want to know. Like when you say chest, do you mean breast?

stupid me forgot what the topic of the post was, you are a girl, try this, 4 sets of each weight exercise, 12 reps on the first one with light weight to warm up. 10 reps on the second set with moderate weight. 8 reps with heavy weight on the third set, last set with heavy weight till you can lift no more. I do 5 exercises for my chest area, start with flat bench, go to incline bench, decline bench, and flat flys. You are hitting all areas of the chest this way. Now you can finish it off with pull overs they are great for retaining the muscles at your lower breast area, this will help to keep the breast up and not let them sag. well sorry but you will lose your chest no matter what unless you don't buld a lot of muscle mass.
