As an English major and dedicated to book clubs, I find it imperative that I seek the same club when it comes to losing weight. My youngest son will be 1 next month and I am left with the extra weight. My goal is 125 lbs and a size 4. Also, I am leaning more to organic foods because eventually I want to give up red meats altogether. Is there anyone who can give me some advice on the best work out regimen as well as better eating choices. I also want to get a multivitamin, any suggestions to get me started?
