Last 2 weeks - 3 hydroxy cut - 30 mins later breakfast plus American whey drink. b4 lunch 3 h/cut. Early evening 20 minute dumbell/weight training followed by American Whey drink - then 4 mile run.
They exercise part is probably 4/5 days a week. I'm concerned my sequence is incorrect. btw I've being doing the run for several months.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

HEllo. Would it be possible for you to fill out your profile so that we know a little more about what you are trying to accomplish? I have not used the Hydroxycut personally. I think if you are using the recommended doses or under, you are OK there. Your workout seems a little abreviated (the weight part), but if you are trying to lose tons of weight, or stay VERY slim, you are on the right track. Do you only eat 3 meals a day?
I can't see anything blatentely incorrect, just some things I would change a little. Eat more often, work out with weights a little longer, maybe reduce or eliminate the hydroxycut useage. But, in the absence of some more information on you this is all speculation.

Sorry, I wanted to clarify something I stated above. I have nothing against hydroxycut- I know it works for many very effectively. But if you are running 16-20 miles a week, as noted above, then I might reconsider how much it is needed.

Cardio should be limited to 60 minutes a day, unless preparing for a pro competition. That's just my opinion though.

A 4 mile run takes much less than 60 minutes, but yeah all that running plus the hydroxcut seems a bit extreme.

My bad. To clarify, if he's been running like this for several months, I am sure it takes him much less than 60 minutes.

Not too much shorter than 60! lol. just to clarify should I take the protein drink after weight training (only 15 or so mins) or wait till I've completed my run which I do immediatley after. Thanks guys
