I AM 39 YEARS OLD, AND DEPERATLY IN NEED OF A PLAN THAT WILL WORK!...I NEED TO LOSE 75-100 LBS..I AM REALLY ITO CYCLING , AND I AM SOMEWHAT INTIMIDATED BY THE GYM.CAN I DO THIS WITH PROPER DIET AND CARDIO ALONE?...OR IS THE BEST WAY TO PACK ON THE MUSCLE. I HAVE A LARGE FRAME, AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE TELL ME , THAT I SHOULD GET INTO BODY BUILDING....SOMEWHAT CONFUSED WITH ALL THE "ADVICE" I HAVE GOTTEN...ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE VERY WELCOME!
