I started my Diet and Excersise regimen on July 18th. I'm 6'4" and was 245lbs... I wanted to drop excess weight and tone up...

Today is September 29 and I've dropped 43 pounds:)

I've structured my diet religously and I work out 6 days a week. Cardio every evening and muscle training 3 mornings a week with cardio in between. Mon/weights then Tues/cardio, Wens/weights and so on...

Now I want to start working on definition and size... I'm not wanting 20 inch arms... but going from 14 to 16 would be nice...

Can anyone recommend any literature or possibly share an excersise plan that would help me achieve this goal?

Thanks in advance...

There's a ton of books out there but the FT price is better. Have you to any of the programs on this site? There's a couple tailor made for what you want.

I can recommend a lot of powerlifting, olympic lifting, and athletic books, but not a whole lot of bodybuilding. I know arnold's encyclopedia is usually pretty well regarded, and I would recommend anything by Poliquin. While he is an amazing athlete that works primarily with elite olympic level athletes, he has helped many bodybuilders make gains they never would have achieved. It might be a bit advanced, but i would still recommend that you check out "The Poliquin Principles", its expensive, but an amazing book.

Your two most important minerals: Iron and Chalk.
