hi, i'm new here need some advise i'm doing my routine workout 6days(1-3-5 is weight training, 2-4-6 is abs, while everyday morning i do skipping or treadmil) a week for almost 2 months i do feel "stronger" and i can see my upper body getting into shape, just that my abs and lower body is not in good shape
what is a good "complete" workout for the abs and bum? advise needed thanks

Welcome to ft. Nice to have you. Try the 12 week ab workout from this site. What are you doing now for your abs, and glutes? Please fill out your profile, so we can give you more info.
