Hello everyone. About a month ago I finally got a Bowflex and started working out three times a week. My problem is I have a calcium deposit on my right shoulder and the tendon has a habit of poping over and back occ and has weakened the tendon. When I work out ive noticed the amount of weight is making the tendon in my shoulder burn really bad. If i back the weight off then I dont get the muscle fatigue I'm looking for. I'm not sure what I need to do. Can someone please advise me?
