Has anyone around here heard of Advocare? They have a site www.advocare.com ' I was wondering because they sell supplements like energy drinks called ' spark ', and muscle recovery and building agents called ' pos 1-5 '. Lots of football players and such have endorsed their products. I need to know if they're good or just hype.

Actually, they are great products to use. You might not be interested in them anymore since I see you wrote this back in April, but my college baseball team and I all use their products and love the results it has helped us achieve. We were recommended to Advocare through the Tennessee Titans strentgh coach as he urges the players to use them. Spark was a product we would use before every game to help us with our focus and energy level. You need something when you are playing double headers in 95 degree heat and high humidity.
