My main goal is to lose weight and improve my fitness. I'm interested in aerobic training. Can I have an aerobic session on the same day that I do my scheduled exercise program? If which should I do first?

Yes, most prefer to do aerobics after lifting because they are tired if they lift heavy. It doesn't matter all that much which you do first but it's easier to space them out by a few hours.
