I have been working a little over 2 years now....I love bodybuilding.....i am crazy about it......
Now that i have joined ft, can i switch to ft workout plan.....that is 12 weeks.....or keep pushing on my current routine....
I also wanna have ur opinion on the following four Q,s:

**1>ft rutriotion plan really works..according to them , what i need to gain muscle mass is:
Protiens=287g (too much for a poor guy like me :( )
Carbs=478g (maybe)
calories=3820 (again too much for a por guy )
Fats=106 (thats the only one i can complete easily)
the suplements are:
-*Creatine (the only im using right now)
-*Whey Protien (dont have money to buy)
-*N-larg2 (same as above)

**2>Is it necessary to take a day off after chest workout?

**3>Is it necessary to take a multiVitamin every day?

**4>What is an oatmeal.

plz Reply me with detail ...especially **2>...i mean at is the best food and the cheapest protiens :(
waiting....:)

what is it, a gram and a half of protein per pound of body weight? The calories are too high, yes. No, it is not necessary to take a day off, just don't use your chest/triceps for primary workout. I would recommend taking a multivitamin. I usually forget to take mine. The last question is not even a question. Oatmeal is oatmeal. There's not much more to it than that.

nLarge 2 is a whey protein.......you can get 1.5lb or so of whey for about 20 dollars or so.........sounds expensive?.........howm much is a stek nowadays? 3 4 dollars in a grocery store? For 40 to 50 grams of proetin plus 10grams or so of fat.........whey protein....
1 scoop= 15 to 20 grams of protein........2 scoops equal a steak.....and only maybe 2 grams of fat...... to me whey is a must have now a days with meat prices so high

Honestly if you eat about your body weight in grams, of protein your safe......

Mutlis are just the safe way of getting all your vitamens in a day.....go to wallmart you can get 300 pills for about 4 bucks.....again not bad.....

If you have money for creatin...then i think you can spend 20 buck on protein man.......my opinion protein more important than creatin.

Not much else I can say here....I don't know your goals, and what your trying to do........so?????

Preach on Andrew...Protein much more important than creatine. Whey is money well spent...and the more you buy at a time, the cheaper it is. Bulk is the way to go, 'cause you know you're going to use it eventually.
