about 5lbs, gained some noticable definition in my biceps, shoulders, and calves. I also lost an inch off my waist and 1.25inches off my hips. Gained a little bit everywhere else.
I also feel alot stronger.
I get my BF tested on the 1st so we will see how I have done with that.
I have been doing the low carb thing but putting a halt to that now that I reached 135lbs.
Time to throw the scale away and just go by the measuring tape. I am a scale junkie!
Will be doing my best with food. One good thing about the low carb thing is that I don't miss my sweets as much.
Argh! I hope I can keep this up! :)
