after i am done with my 8 week program, i know there is an option that lets you keep the same program or move on to a different level
my question is IF i do the same 8 week program starting from the begginig is that bad?
because when i tried before to go on to intermediate it gave me things to do with Machines, and i have NO access to machines and im afraid if i move on to intermediate my whole other 8 week prgram will be deleted. Right now this 8 week prgram is PERFECT because it includes no machines yet seometimes there is a mistake and the prgram will give me lots of machine workouts when i check the box saying i only want free weights....
You're the only one that can answer that wiggum. I know of many on here who have done the same program several times. As long as you keep making progressive gains and keep challenging yourself - keep whatever program hits your goals.
