8 weeks session almost over. Didn't make my weight loss goal of 10 Lb's, but lost 2 inches in wiast, 1 in chest, gained 1 in biceps, calves and legs. Weight stayed the same and BF down 2%. Still working on diet log having trouble with getting all the Carbs. Questions; should I supplement carbs with malto or ?. Do I take a week off then continue with routine or change routine? Still want to loose BF before building mass. I been doing Cardio 3X & weights 3X a week. I been doing Pre and Post WO protien supplements. Strength gains have been good except overhead exercises from rotator cuff injury.

Concrats on your success. To answer your question...no don't take a carb supplement. Start eating good carbs, with your meals.
