I am on the Weight Loss & Definition exercise program, I'm about half way through. I was wondering what would be my next step from here which program should I go to.

Depends on where your at with your personal goals. Wait until you get a little closer to the end at see where you stand.

Thanks MoJo_67 I have had great results so far, I have lost the following totals in cm in the past 8 months with just diet.
weight was 157.8kg and is now 112.2 = 45.6kg lost
Chest was 145cm and now 128cm = 17cm lost
Waist was 155cm and now 129cm = 28.6cm lost
Hips were 136cm and now 112cm = 24cm lost
Thighs were 72cm and now 63cm = 9cm lost
I am hoping that now I am doing bike riding and weight training that I will see some definition happening.
