They give you week ones workout. For instance, if it tells you to do Chest and Bi's....it list all the chest exercises...then all the bicep exercises...should I do all the Chest exercises FIRST then bi's...or alternate them Chest, bi, chest, bi ...thanks in advance for you help!

Yep, most people just do each set in order.
