i eat lots of rice and one lbs of chicken , is this good.
eating too much of rice is usefull or harmfull.
i want to get lean muscles.
help me through.

If you are talking post-workout, you need fast absorbing proteins and simple carbs. Do a search in fitBuddy for "postworkout" or "post-workout" or "PWO". This topic has been discussed very intensely through the years. Also look at "Supplements - Latest Research and Use" message board. It has a PinUp post at the top that talks about post-workout combinations specifically.

I'm not sure, but I think he meant right after his workouts from reading the subject line "After workout ?". This post is kind of hard to understand :big_smile:.
