If you eat food and then lets say you wait an hour to exercise do the calories you burn come from that food or from somewhere else? And lets say the exercise is cardio-- walking or running. Thanks

The calories your body burns during exercise(and don't quote me), are burned according to what they are(protein/carb/fat), what they are determines how your body is going to utilize them. It draws on them as needed. Hmmmm, that is no where near phrased correctly but my point is in there somewhere. Hopefully someone with a better understanding will come along and clarify it for us. Just try and think of the meal you have as a fuel source for that workout. That's what I do and that's what I'm basing my idea on. Again, don't quote me, this is just my thoughts. I'd like to know for sure as well.
Your pic looks fine by the way, might look better in color, but anyway, not seeing any "bees".

Thanks-- I didn't realize that what you ate burned differently.
