I just finished a 12 week program. I want to do it again, this time with heavier weights and a cleaner diet. Can I do this? It's a 4 day per week split.

i'd take a week off. Do some cardio and light stretching, eat cleanly , and hit the gym with a vengace after that

That's what I did, one week already. I've been passive all week. Can I do the whole thing again, as I said? Repeat the 12 week program I completed, that is. :)

That is exactly what you should do. Keep it going.
