This is so discouraging! I have been eating really clean lately and last night I ordered a chicken breast with swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms on top. I thought this seemed pretty healthy..but obviously not. Thirty minutes later I was sweating and really, really hungry. I get this reaction when I eat crap, so this chicken really wasn't good for me=( I guess I just needed to vent a little.
It's ok kim don't beat yourself up about one meal. Everythings gonna be fine just continue eating clean and forget about it. You should atleast allow yourself a cheat meal once a week. Good Luck and Train Hard:dumbbell::big_smile:
