Ok, I've got a bit of a strange question for everyone today, in fact, I don't even think that this is the appropriate forum, but here goes:
We all know about locomotive agility (quickly changing direction while sprinting or whatever), but is there a separate term for non-locomotive agility (other than that). By this I'm referring to something like retracting a punch in preparation for another and punching again, maximizing punches/second, or the way a bird can flap its wings really quickly. Articulating one or more joints to perform a powerful movement and quickly reversing said movement.
