I am a former Fleet Marine Force, US Navy Hospital Corpsman out after 6 years on 40% disability. My NEC was 8404 (combat medic) and my USMC MOS was 8531 (marksmanship instructor). I was also a certified Semper Fit PFT coordinator, and all around PT hound.
Since my regretable injuries finally caught up with me I have been very limited in what I can do PT wise. I can do a little resistance training, I can't do any impact cardio (which stinks, cause I loved to run), but I can still to my old fashioned hard Corps burn-out PT with few nasty side effects.
I'm looking forward to checking out this site and maybe helping out with some friendly USN/USMC advice.
